Responsibilities
- Strategy: Identify customer pain and create a roadmap for solving their problems.
- Program Management: Align stakeholders, connect necessary data pipelines, and manage fast and painless onboarding onto our solutions.

Requirements
- Demonstrated AI-native fluency with measurable leverage. ability to produce output on par with multiple traditional engineers using AI-native tools (e.g., Claude Code in the terminal) as the primary working environment
- ability to learn new technology quickly
- Track record of shipping solutions end-to-end that ran reliably in production, including the enhancements that followed.
- Experience with EHR integrations (Epic, athena, eClinicalWorks, NextGen) or call center / CCaaS integrations.
- Experience writing evals and quality benchmarks for LLM-driven systems.
- Ongoing training and adherence to compliance requirements will be required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized and have the ability to provide proof of full-time, long-term authorization to work in the United States.

- $140k-$180k
