About the role
- We are seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys solving complex business problems through data, technology, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities
- Conduct profitability, margin, and break-even analyses to support commercial and operational decisions.
- Build and maintain financial models used for planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting using modern analytics and visualization tools.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Sales, Product, and Accounting to support strategic initiatives.
- Support ad hoc financial analyses and executive presentations as business needs evolve.
- Working in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment, you'll partner with Finance and business leaders to deliver actionable insights around profitability, pricing, forecasting, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar analytics tools is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple business systems.

- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve reporting efficiency, automate repetitive analyses, and enhance business insights.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
