Responsibilities
- Develop and Communicate
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop detailed specifications for implementation while maintaining customer expectations.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to support testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand technical and business needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN).
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- The ideal candidate has a curious and analytical mindset, enjoys solving complex business problems, and excels at asking insightful questions.
- This individual should possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to recommend innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency.

- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst is a plus.
