About the role
- for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Supervisory responsibilities for a team of 5 - 10 engineers,
- Provide clear work direction, prioritization, ensure team members are delivering against priorities,
Responsibilities
- Deliver world class computational capabilities to Subsurface and other functions,
- Support and grow robust feedback culture,
- Drive cost efficiencies through code performance improvements, modernization, and automation,
- The Product Owner collaborates with domain scientists and HPC infrastructure experts to develop complete HPC solutions and workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of leading engineering teams or similar leadership experience
- Experience working with HPC systems
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, other scientific fields or 10 years of experience
- Software engineering background
