Western Door Federal is actively seeking a Desk Officer to support Department of Defense (DoD) HIV/AIDS Prevention Program (DHAPP) in San Diego, CA.
The position reports directly to the Branch Chief and/or Deputy Branch Chief and works closely with Technical Programs, Strategic Information, Epidemiology, Operations, and Country Support Teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual collaboration platforms.
Experience with strategic planning, program management, monitoring and evaluation, or grant oversight.
Foreign language proficiency is desirable.
Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust Clearance.
Ability to work effectively across cultures, time zones, and multidisciplinary teams.
Master of Public Health (MPH).
Experience working with partner militaries, Ministries of Defense, U.S. Government agencies, or implementing partners.
Experience supporting HIV/AIDS, global health, or military health programs.
