Responsibilities
- Design the next generation of AI-forward workflow and automation tools
- Define and drive design strategy for products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the global design team
- Advocate for user-centered designs, ensuring user needs and feedback are at the forefront of decisions.
- Elevate the visual design of the products you support
- Ensure the highest standards of design quality and consistency across all products and platforms, from conceptualization to final delivery

- As a Principal Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the design direction of our products and ensuring that our user experiences are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our business goals.
- You will lead design initiatives, mentor designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding design solutions.
- We work closely with Product Managers to create forward-thinking, user-centered designs that align with business goals.
Nice to have
- Provide guidance, oversight, and mentorship to the team
- Set expectations and help to promote a fun, highly collaborative team culture
- Proactively identify and resolve impediments
- Foster cross-functional collaboration (e.g., with Engineering & Product Management)
- 8+ years of product design experience required
- Bachelor's degree in product design, communication design, or equivalent
- Experience designing with AI tools like Claude Code or Codex
- Highly proficient in Figma
