  • The Coffee Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, financial performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships within the team to enhance employee and customer experience.
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and track cash flow.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for coffee and food preparation.
  • Implement customer feedback to improve service and experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, payroll, and other data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in retail or food & beverage management.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, sales tracking, and inventory management.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

Compensation

  • $75,000.00-$80,000.00 Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
