About the role

The Specialty Representative - Women's Health: Territory: Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland)
Reporting to the National Business Manager, the Specialty Representative - Women's Health is responsible for achieving annual sales and business objectives within his/her geography.

Thinks & acts strategically to develop and implement territory business plan that will result in achievement of the territory sales results and organizational goals.
Develops trusted relationships with key accounts.
Proven ability to rapidly build networks and relationships based on trust and second to none customer focus.

Organon employees must be able to satisfy all applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
Bachelor's degree (Science, an asset).
High level of proficiency in selling and negotiation skills as well as how to manage objections and adversity.
Proficiency in office technology and related software.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Knowledge of the women's health (Contraception, Hormonal therapy) & Asthma markets/products is a strong asset.
Proven understanding of the reimbursement system in the territory.
