Responsibilities

  • Our drive is just like our athletes, unrivaled.
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to track expenditures, review cost center allocations, and hold stakeholders accountable for their own budgets.
  • Drive data to support long-term investment strategy and spearhead cross functional budget processes and system improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), finance business partnering
  • 5+ years of experience in partnering with business leaders to provide financial guidance and support strategic decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) for financial analysis and reporting.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing Analytics, Financial Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of study preferred

Compensation

  • $135,750 - $181,000 USD
