About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage collections for assigned accounts through email and phone outreach. Prioritize overdue balances and follow through on commitments to help meet cash collection and days sales outstanding (DSO) targets.
- Support Finance and Accounting with month-end close activities, accurate account records, and other projects as needed.
Skills
- Collections, finance, customer service, and experience with NetSuite, Tesorio, or Stripe are helpful but optional.
