About the role

  • The base pay range for this role is: $90,000 - $190,000.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on the optimal organizational and team structures needed to robustly support the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Design and deliver effective training sessions to users at all levels, promoting high platform adoption and competency.
  • Offer ongoing support to ensure the maximization of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform functionalities.

Requirements

  • Employees must be available to work onsite in a client location or a CapTech office as requested.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with hands-on development in Java, Python, or.NET.
  • Strong project management proficiency, capable of guiding cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.

Compensation

  • $90,000 - $190,000.
