About the role

  • Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services.
  • The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing to the agreed to budget and delivering the project profitably.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage full lifecycle Workday HCM, Finance and/or SCM Deployment Projects
  • Manage project execution leveraging the Workday Deployment Methodology and sound Project Management discipline on all projects.
  • Assist in the transition of the customer from implementation to Workday customer support
  • The Project Manager will drive the client implementation and will be involved in the development of several key project deliverables (e.g., charter, project/staffing plan, issue logs, etc.) and work with the Client project manager to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a minimum of two full lifecycle Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementation projects
  • Experience managing multiple Workday tenants
  • Experience implementing Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft, SAP, Infor/Lawson or similar application
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Nice to have

  • Workday EM/PM Certification preferred
  • PMP Certification a plus
