Responsibilities
- Electrical and Fluid Power Designs (EPLAN, AutoCAD)
- Lead commissioning, testing, and debugging of automation systems
- Manage client relationships and project scope
- Engage in initiatives to share knowledge and support team development
- Maintain and develop technical knowledge through training and industry events
- We use BambooHR as our HRIS to manage applications received and follow up with candidates

Requirements
- RidgeTech Automation is seeking a dynamic and skilled Control Systems Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or Robotics & Automation.
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the Controls and Automation industry is essential.
- Support clients during regular hours, after hours, and weekends as required
