About the role
- Review all appraisals to determine compliance with basic principles of appraisal practice has been observed.
- Review all appraisals to determine whether all necessary documentation and information is present in accordance to the Scope of Work.
- To make certain that the fair market value for the parcel to be acquired is obtained, based upon knowledge of appraisal techniques, geographic and economic factors.

Requirements
- c) Graduation from a standard senior high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma, and (9) years of experience in real property appraisal, two (2) years of which must have been in a management capacity.
