The availability of this position is contingent upon successful award of the contract.
Identify potential construction deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate field activities between contractors, Government representatives, and Architect-Engineer (A/E) firms.
Verify workmanship, materials, and installed systems meet contract requirements.
Assist with commissioning activities and project closeout.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible construction management experience involving commercial, civil, utility, infrastructure, or Federal Government construction projects.

This role requires lifting up to 30 lbs to transport technological office equipment, safety equipment, and other needed construction items to and from various workspaces.
