About the role

- Essential Duties - Organizing, Prioritizing and Communication, Ownership skills are critical. - Some drivers are not bilingual; ability to communicate effectively with diverse contacts. - Ability to adapt to a daily schedule.
- Shipper/Receiver will verify quantities, and continue to teach other crew members to count and verify receivables as well.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Process RMA paperwork and dispatch Carrier for pickup
- Assure all activities are performed safely
- Relieve Warehouse Associates as needed for breaks and lunches
- Coordinate projects with Shipping Supervisor to ensure the overall productivity of the crew
- Train new warehouse employees
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast paced, logistics manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting logistics, customer care and business goals
- Ability to provide positive leadership and motivation for his/her crew
