About the role
- In addition, this position is responsible for process, and quality standards associated with packaging.
- Taking of quality samples, performing quality measurements and assuring adherence to quality standards.
- Operators are expected to be active in our continuous improvement program to help make the business more successful.
Responsibilities
- Maintains quality standards
- Maintains accurate production paperwork to avoid Order Rejects
- Maintains communications with lead and supervisor
- Performs all tasks in a safe manner
- Maintain work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas

Requirements
- Good math skills are required, including familiarity with the metric system.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Basic mechanical and technical skills are required.
- Must be able to problem solve, multitask/prioritize and pay attention to detail.
- Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.
- This position is required to maintain accurate and legible production reports.
- No manufacturing experience required!
Nice to have
- Manufacturing experience of 1-3 years is preferred but not required.
Compensation
- $20.50-$27.22 base pay (depending on experience).
- Generous 401k matching (up to 4%), vested on day one of enrollment Performance and salary reviews at 90 and 180 days in your first year
