  • Calling all conceptual thinkers, team players, and eyewear aficionados - KREWE is looking for an Area Manager of Stores to join our In Person Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales goal and bottom line profits across designated fleet of stores Analyze sales and KPI data to identify trends, improve associate productivity, product performance, and maximize profit margins.
  • Ensure short- and long-term strategies are executed to drive sales growth across the territory.
  • Strengthen customer loyalty through execution of KREWE Clienteling Assist Store Managers with building out a strategic calendar of events that generates brand awareness and incremental revenue.
  • Build community relationships and partnerships within each market to strengthen brand presence and drive incremental traffic and revenue to stores.
  • Utilize scalable coaching, development, and performance management tools to consistently level-up our teams Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to deliver exceptional in person experiences.
  • Manage and develop retail teams, ensuring seamless customer journeys and high service standards.
  • Maintain brand standards in store presentation and customer service to create a premium Experience.
  • Proven success with driving sales results thru behavior management Strong business acumen skillset and drive for delivering sales goals.
  • Proven experience and success utilizing clienteling to drive traffic, results and strengthen consumer loyalty.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams positively and effectively across cultures and functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in multi-unit luxury retail.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Expertise in multi-unit retail operations, with a focus on luxury fashion, apparel, or eyewear.
  • High visual and brand standards, with sharp attention to detail and a strong understanding of personal style.
  • Excellent Excel and Google Suite skills is a must Ability to travel 50% of the time

Compensation

  • Up to $115,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
  • This reflects the base salary for this position.
  • Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs.
  • In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
