About the role

  • The Director of Adhesion Investment Platform Management is responsible for scaling the operating foundation of Adhesion's model marketplace.
  • A core mandate of this role is to reduce complexity, enable growth, and ensure the platform can scale efficiently while maintaining a high‑quality client experience.
  • We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our Charlotte, NC office.

Responsibilities

  • The Director will also directly lead and develop a small team of product managers, setting clear priorities, establishing execution discipline, and ensuring the team delivers against strategic and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with advisor needs and investment product objectives, ensuring successful execution.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across AssetMark and Adhesion to define, prioritize, and execute the highest‑impact product management and platform initiatives that support long‑term growth objectives.
  • Lead and develop a team of product managers, providing clear direction and hands‑on support to drive effective execution against platform and department goals.

Requirements

  • Superb skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA and CFA preferred

Compensation

  • The Base Salary range for this position is between $160,000-$180,000.
  • T his information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location.
  • This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
