About the role
- This role reports to the Director of Global Supply Management (GSM).

Responsibilities
- Own the structural metal weldments category at Form (with a focus on welded / fabricated structural metal assemblies), including commercial relationships and contracts within our supply base and the broader value chain
- Collaborate closely with Form's Leadership, Supply Chain, Engineering and Strategic Supply teams to define and drive execution of Form's metal parts sourcing strategy
- Negotiate and secure favorable commercial terms, including pricing, lead times, and risk provisions.
- Manage the full sourcing process, from supplier development through qualification, negotiation, and contracting.
- Drive continual cost reduction and cost avoidance
- an optimistic, high-energy "people person" with a strong desire to build collaborative relationships and make things happen
- Ability to work both independently and collaborate cross-functionally on multiple tasks and projects
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar discipline
Nice to have
- Experience in welded / fabricated structural metal assemblies including welding processes (MIG, TIG), fabrication methods (laser cutting, brake forming), and quality standards (AWS D1.1, GD&T, PPAP) is a plus.
