About the role
- -Manage full-cycle domestic trucking operations, including FTL and LTL shipments, from load planning through final delivery and settlement.
- -Coordinate with warehouses and customers to ensure accurate freight pickup, delivery scheduling, and dock appointments.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle domestic trucking operations, including FTL and LTL shipments, from load planning through final delivery and settlement.
- Secure and manage carrier capacity, negotiate competitive rates, and monitor service performance to meet operational KPIs.
- Maintain accurate shipment and financial records within TMS/ERP systems, ensuring timely load closure and reporting.
Requirements
- 0~3 years of hands-on logistics operations experience (freight forwarding, carrier management, shipment planning, tracking).
- Proficiency with logistics systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
