About the role
- Role Responsibilities Application Architect with 5+ years of Hands-on experience designing and delivering scalable, microservices-based platforms and modern cloud-native solutions.
- Proven expertise in driving business transformation through AI-driven innovation, developer productivity platforms (DevEx), and data-centric architectures.

Requirements
- Architect and enable developer experience platforms (DevEx) that incorporate AI tooling for coding, debugging, code review, and knowledge discovery
- Proven ability to improve developer productivity through AI-assisted coding practices, including code generation, automated unit test creation, and documentation synthesis
- Experience defining governance and guardrails for AI-assisted development, including code quality, security, and compliance considerations
- Familiarity with integrating AI tools into developer workflows (IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, code review systems)
- Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI productivity platforms to enhance engineering velocity and efficiency
- BS in Computer Science or related fields with 5+ years of professional experience or MS with 3+ years of experience or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with architecture design concepts and techniques and the ability to communicate and evangelize those concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Compensation
- The base salary range is $125,000 - $150,000 per year; total on-target earnings include a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
