About the role

Responsibilities

  • Discover and validate opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of your users, the market, the technology, and the data, and use it to find and validate the problems most worth solving.
  • We're building a product organization at Qventus where the best PMs don't just write specs and shepherd backlogs, but actually build.
  • We're looking for someone with the drive and adaptability to help define what "builder-mode" product management looks like as we go, rather than someone waiting for a fully settled playbook.
  • Own a product area end-to-end.

Requirements

  • You are highly communicative regarding deadlines, progress, and expected outcomes.
  • Proven "shipper".
  • You have a track record of rapidly taking products through the full lifecycle and delivering real impact.
  • you are crisp, structured, and persuasive on the page.
  • You have a real eye for great product and user experience, and the instinct to tell the difference between good and great.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity in a newer, evolving PM model, and eager to grow into a builder-mode operating style as the role takes shape.

Compensation

  • $124,000 - $186,000 USD
  • Employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of our pre-employment background investigation and drug test.
