About the role
- You will play an integral part with ensuring the highest levels of accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the voting process.
- In addition, this position will also be responsible for ensuring that jobs accurately up properly prior to distribution.

Responsibilities
- These tools are used only to support our recruiters and hiring managers, and all employment decisions include human review to ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws.
Requirements
- Overtime is required during this contract and whenever required, based on processing volumes
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Operation Auditing, Accounting, or Quality Assurance
- Exposure and/or knowledge to brokerage, proxy, or financial business operations is preferred.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and data entry skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts is required.

Compensation
- Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.50/hour (CAD). Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
