Responsibilities
- Develop and architect multi-agent systems focused on process automation and intelligent decision-making.
- Utilize frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGPT to implement reasoning and planning capabilities.
- Analyze and document business processes, transforming them into actionable automation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvements driven by intelligent agents.
- Build and sustain data pipelines and databases to support the cognitive functions of AI agents.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in a production setting.
- Lead Agile AI Operations, focusing on backlog management and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
- Expertise in at least three areas among agent orchestration, ML model development, data engineering, and API integration.
- Proficient programming skills in Python, with experience in ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and vector databases, such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies, managing AI project backlogs and sprints.
