You'll be directly responsible for a diverse product portfolio spanning health data integration, AI-enabled care, clinical workflow innovation, and operational efficiency.

Own the Data Platform strategy: Define and execute the strategy for Maven's data platform - the core pipeline supporting Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams, as well as enterprise data needs across the business.
This includes maintaining and improving data quality and reliability, evolving our underlying analytics infrastructure (BigQuery, Looker), and ensuring the data foundation scales to support Maven's clinical, commercial, and operational priorities.
You will partner closely with enterprise and business teams to ensure data is a strategic asset, not just a technical one.
Deliver products for an AI-native organization: AI is already central to helping Maven's care teams provide efficient and high quality care.
You will lead the ongoing process of designing products designed for an AI-native workforce, encouraging safe and natively designed AI-experiences across your product domains.
Experience in building and rolling out AI-native products that serve large and scaling customer facing teams
Proven ability to manage roadmaps, track cross-functional dependencies, and prioritize effectively.
