Skills
- Ensuring diagnostic imaging and reports match the scheduled appointments in our database and records
- Focusing on the quality of our information and ensuring 100% accuracy in the information we send out
- Working with other departments within the company, managing requests, and giving clear, concise written updates
- Updating our clients on the status of their patient records(primarily via email, but could be phone occasionally)
- Responding ad hoc to key client inquiries
- Working with sensitive data and understanding the requirements of HIPAA
- Be the 'safe pair of hands' within our team, such that all your work is accurate and the quality of our data is high
- Be a trusted #2 to your manager so that you are capable of completing every task asked of you
- Attend professional development opportunities for personal and business growth
Compensation
- Salary range of $45,000 - $55,000
