About the role
- Bridge to thousands of biopharma companies and their patients.
- This individual will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.
- In short, the training specialist will be responsible for enhancing the individual and collective skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work produced.
Responsibilities
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
- Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years' work experience in a regulated environment.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Translating organizational requirements into trainings that will enhance knowledge, proficiency, or personnel development.
- Advance and support any required compliance or professional development training delivery on site.
Skills
- Ability to read, comprehend, execute, and communicate English language
- Strong math skills (statistical)
- Strong troubleshooting and computer/software skills.
- The hiring rate for this position is $68,480-$77,040 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

Compensation
- The hiring rate for this position is $68,480-$77,040 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
