About the role

  • Bridge to thousands of biopharma companies and their patients.
  • This individual will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.
  • In short, the training specialist will be responsible for enhancing the individual and collective skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work produced.

Responsibilities

  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
  • Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years' work experience in a regulated environment.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Translating organizational requirements into trainings that will enhance knowledge, proficiency, or personnel development.
  • Advance and support any required compliance or professional development training delivery on site.

Skills

  • Ability to read, comprehend, execute, and communicate English language
  • Strong math skills (statistical)
  • Strong troubleshooting and computer/software skills.
  • The hiring rate for this position is $68,480-$77,040 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

Compensation

  • The hiring rate for this position is $68,480-$77,040 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
