About the role

Our Expectations Safety: Safety is everyone's responsibility.
All employees are expected to actively participate in CES's safety programs, speak up about safe/unsafe conditions, and always report incidents-no matter how minor.

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on mechanical and electrical solar plant components.
Perform quality assurance inspections on newly onboarded solar sites and prepare reports identifying deviations from design drawings, electrical codes, or industry best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.

In addition, because CES supports projects throughout several regions, employees must be adaptable and ready to work in new areas whenever project schedules require.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Assignments frequently require staying near project locations to ensure reliable daily access to the site.
Review system data and adjust settings on computerized/monitoring equipment at solar facilities.
Follow standard operating procedures and supervisor direction; stop and seek clarification anytime a task appears unsafe.
Adhere to all lockout/tagout procedures and never interfere with another worker's lockout/tagout device.
Documentation is completed through daily reports and other CES project management tools.
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards at all times.

Solar Maintenance Manager Experience / Qualifications / Education High school diploma or GED.
20/40 vision (corrected or uncorrected).
