About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on mechanical and electrical solar plant components.
- Perform quality assurance inspections on newly onboarded solar sites and prepare reports identifying deviations from design drawings, electrical codes, or industry best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

- Assignments frequently require staying near project locations to ensure reliable daily access to the site.
- Review system data and adjust settings on computerized/monitoring equipment at solar facilities.
- Follow standard operating procedures and supervisor direction; stop and seek clarification anytime a task appears unsafe.
- Adhere to all lockout/tagout procedures and never interfere with another worker's lockout/tagout device.
- Documentation is completed through daily reports and other CES project management tools.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards at all times.
