About the role

Learfield Amplify is looking to add a high impact team member who will serve as a Leadership Annual Giving Officer.
In this role you will work to achieve pre-defined KPIs centered around development activities and revenue for the University Athletics.

Work closely with the University and Learfield Amplify National Director of Development to develop new ideas and new strategies toward fundraising initiatives and campaigns
The company delivers a total revenue solution through staff development, high-value expertise, and engaged fan relationships.
In complete collaboration with the university, this position will be committed through first class professionalism to grow philanthropic investment to support the goals of the University Athletics and its student-athletes.

2+ years of experience working in sales or development related field
University or sports related development experience preferable but not required
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft CRM, etc
Willingness and ability to work long hours, including holidays and weekends as required
Willingness and ability to travel

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Consistently initiate outreach efforts to secure new donors, and renew and upgrade entry and mid-level annual giving prospects
Manage a portfolio of Leadership Annual Giving prospects, focusing on prospects rated up to $50,000.
Achieve and exceed annual revenue goals established by management
