- The Senior AI/ML Engineer applies deep expertise in machine learning, applied AI, and creative engineering to ship intelligent, product-driven solutions.

- Where You're Located: Candidates for this role will be based in the United States and work remotely.
Responsibilities
- This role partners with product, design, and engineering teams to turn advanced models and analytics into features that deliver real user value.
- Maintain and scale the primary recommendation system for the core product.
- Design, develop, and implement production-level code.
- Own the full development cycle: design, development, impact assessment, A/B testing (including interpretation of results), and production deployment.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements.

Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Analytics).
- Strong experience with Python.
Skills
- Maintenance, implementation, and optimization of natural language AI tools including customer service chatbots for multiple brands.
