Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for tech roles across the US
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles - infra, ML, platform, senior IC
- Manage candidate pipelines, stakeholder updates, and closing conversations
- Strong hustle and drive, consistently pushing initiatives forward with urgency and ownership.
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to build and nurture strong, trusted relationships.

Requirements
- World-class pitching and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $89,000 - $120,000 per year.
- 8 paid holidays per year
