About the role

Serve as SME across multiple modules in Workday including, Core HCM, Security, Payroll/Earnings, Time Tracking, and Absence Management
Proactively staying current with Workday updates and new features, ensuring the organization leverages the latest capabilities
Understand impact of changes on other modules and downstream processes

Our Terran R vehicle will deliver customer payloads to orbit, meeting the growing demand for launch capacity.

Provide production support, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday
Familiarity with human resource policies and compliance to ensure adherence to regulations
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis

The Terrestrial Software team is building the foundation for an automated rocket factory and integrated launch platform.
Their mission is to automate and streamline workflows across the entire lifecycle of Terran R, from raw material intake to launch operations and eventually manufacturing on Mars.
