About the role
- Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting an Electrical Engineer in West Milton, NY.
- Headquartered in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Navarro has active programs in place across the nation for DOE/NNSA, NASA, and the Department of Defense.
- Coordinate and interact with facility staff and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Joining Navarro means being a part of an exceptional team committed to quality and safety while also looking for innovative strategies to create value for the client's success.
- Work within a project team environment to support construction projects at the Knolls Site.
- Develop and define project scope with sponsors.
- Work with a project team to develop specifications, cost estimates, drawing reviews, and provide engineering support during construction phase for buildings and utility projects.
- Oversee architectural engineering firms in developing concept designs, construction documents, and cost estimates.
- Experience performing electrical engineering tasks including thedevelopment of contract documents, calculations and cost estimates.
Requirements
- An active DOE L clearance or DOD equivalent is required to be considered for this position.
- Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
Compensation
- $90k-$180k
