About the role

  • The Solutions Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical guidance to clients on leveraging Blue Yonder's software solutions to meet their business needs.
  • This role requires a blend of domain expertise, in-depth technical knowledge, and strong communication skills.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with clients, sales, and product teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Blue Yonder's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide post-implementation support and guidance to clients to ensure continued success and adoption.
  • Ability to engage with senior management and develop long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions advisory, consulting, or a similar role within the supply chain management software industry.
  • Strong functional knowledge of supply chain management software products.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Skills

  • Use of cloud-based platforms and AI-driven technologies.
  • Engagement with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and international clients.

Compensation

  • The annual salary for this position is $114,103.81 - $143,896.18
  • The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
  • Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
  • In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
