About the role

This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality implementation experience for a focused book of 5-7 enterprise clients, ensuring strong foundations for long-term partnership and success.
This individual is a highly skilled project manager, a clear and confident communicator, and thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including senior and executive-level partners
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables across complex, multi-workstream implementations
Drive cross-functional alignment across internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, etc.) to ensure successful execution
Lead effective, structured communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including regular status updates and executive readouts

6-8+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer-facing delivery roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments
Proven experience managing large, complex, and high-value implementations with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
They bring strong attention to detail, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes both internally and externally.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive audiences
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Agile/Waterfall hybrid approaches)

Experience working with enterprise clients or strategic accounts
Ownership of a small, high-impact book of business
Exposure to complex, strategic implementations with significant visibility
High level of autonomy, trust, and cross-functional influence
