- Provide regulatory oversight and compliance guidance for assigned business lines and activities
- Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to business initiatives, products, and services
- Prepare and present compliance position memos, guidance, and related materials
- Advise on emerging regulatory topics, including digital assets, tokenization, blockchain technology, and AI-related risks
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential impacts on business activities and compliance programs
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior compliance, legal, risk, or regulatory role within financial services
- Direct experience with digital assets, tokenization, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency products, digital asset platforms, or related investments
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting digital assets and emerging financial technologies
Compensation
- Range: Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks.
- There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation.
- We expect the base salary for this position to be between $250,000.00-$300,000.00
