About the role
- As a Fleet Coordinator, you will use technology, fleet management systems, and strong communication to help keep our vehicles safe, clean, in good condition, and ready for our members.
- Priorities, goals, weekly targets, tools, and assignments may change based on business and fleet needs, so being organized, adaptable, and able to follow through is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Support vehicle in-fleets, de-fleets, moves, and other fleet needs, including vehicle preparation, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
- Support partner fleet programs by coordinating vehicle repairs, tracking vehicle status, and communicating updates with applicable teams and partners.
- Complete other fleet-related tasks and projects assigned to support changing operational needs.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on business need
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Nice to have
- Experience with online, ticket-based workflows and fleet experience (strongly preferred)
- Logistics background (preferred)
