Requirements

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Prior experience in a medical office, particularly in an oncology or healthcare setting, is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly in oncology, is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical office software, scheduling systems, and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

- Work Environment:
- This position operates in a busy medical oncology office setting. The Front Desk Specialist will interact regularly with patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
