Responsibilities

- You will contribute directly to the codebase, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and help shape best practices that elevate the quality of our work.
- Build Consumer-Facing Growth Experiences Design and evolve the systems and product surfaces that power user engagement across Fetch, including personalization, notifications, recommendations, onboarding flows, loyalty experiences, gamification, and retention-driving features.
- Drive Experimentation and Product Iteration Help teams move quickly by building and improving experimentation capabilities that enable rapid testing, iteration, and measurement across the user lifecycle.
- Own Product-Oriented Technical Strategy Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Growth stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable consumer experiences.
- Improve Engagement, Retention, and Conversion Design systems that directly influence user behavior and improve growth metrics such as engagement, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Lead Cross-Team Technical Direction Influence technical direction across multiple teams and help establish consistent approaches for growth systems, experimentation, personalization, and engagement infrastructure.
