  • The upper third of the salary range is typically reserved for employees who have been in the role for multiple years and have demonstrated strong performance over time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting a nationally-distributed workforce inclusive of hourly employees, with a strong understanding of frontline operations, workforce dynamics, and other unique needs of hourly employees
  • Experience coaching and influencing across functions and levels of an organization, with exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel to school sites within Florida as well as to other sta tes up to 20 % of the time

Compensation

  • The full salary range for this position in Florida is $ 98,000 -$ 161,000 per year.
  • The upper third of the salary range is typically reserved for employees who have been in the role for multiple years and have demonstrated strong performance over time.
  • Starting salary will vary by qualifications and prior experience.

  • This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, exempt (salaried) position.
