About the role

  • This position is responsible for setting project goals and objectives, coordinating with clients to establish clear expectations, and managing all phases of the project from start to finish.
  • This includes establishing project budgets, timelines, and milestones, determining levels of innovation, and creating mechanisms to track and report on project progress.
  • As a leader, the SPM delegates tasks, monitors project activities, and ensures project deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.

  • The Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a key role in successfully executing design and construction projects.
  • This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a passion for design and construction and a commitment to delivering projects with excellence.

Requirements

  • Physical: Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, maneuver in construction site environments, and sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and understand contract language.
  • Ability to listen and visualize the clients desired outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 8 years (SPM) of experience in project management, including a strong understanding of design, construction, and contract language.

Skills

  • Proficiency in project planning, prioritization, cost management, client relations, and control software (CAD, Revit, Microsoft 365).
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
