About the role
- This position is responsible for setting project goals and objectives, coordinating with clients to establish clear expectations, and managing all phases of the project from start to finish.
- This includes establishing project budgets, timelines, and milestones, determining levels of innovation, and creating mechanisms to track and report on project progress.
- As a leader, the SPM delegates tasks, monitors project activities, and ensures project deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.

- The Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a key role in successfully executing design and construction projects.
- This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a passion for design and construction and a commitment to delivering projects with excellence.

Requirements
- Physical: Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, maneuver in construction site environments, and sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and understand contract language.
- Ability to listen and visualize the clients desired outcomes.

Nice to have
- Minimum of 8 years (SPM) of experience in project management, including a strong understanding of design, construction, and contract language.
Skills
- Proficiency in project planning, prioritization, cost management, client relations, and control software (CAD, Revit, Microsoft 365).
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
