- The team works with urgency, sound judgment, and a builder's mindset to ensure our leaders and employees have the structure, support, and clarity needed to do the best work of their careers.
- We partner directly with leaders to build high-performing organizations, develop talent, strengthen leadership, and create the people programs that enable the business to scale.
- You will work alongside leaders to shape organizational design, coach managers, build scalable people programs, and help these organizations grow while maintaining a high-performing culture.

Requirements
- Experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, People, IT, or other G&A organizations.
- Working knowledge of California employment law and experience applying employment regulations in day-to-day HR partnership.
Skills
- Experience supporting rapidly scaling startup or high-growth technology companies.
- Experience leading performance review cycles, talent calibration, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams through organizational change and business transformation.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
Compensation
- $130,000 - $180,000 per year + Equity

- Builder mindset with experience creating scalable HR programs and processes from the ground up.
- Excellent employee relations judgment and the ability to balance business needs with employee experience and legal compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage workforce data and organizational insights to guide decisions.
