Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods of time.
Ability to talk and hear both in person and over the phone.
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds (e.g., marketing materials, office supplies, packages).
Ability to walk stairs and tour indoor and outdoor areas, including model units and common areas.

Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours.
Answer questions and address concerns during tours.
Provide timely responses to inquiries.
Gather prospective resident information and proactively engage and follow-up through phone call, text message, and email communication.
Assist in creating a welcoming and professional environment within the community.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently to multiple within the portfolio.
Flexibility to relocate temporarily or permanently based on operational needs.
Previous experience in leasing, customer service, hospitality, or sales preferred.

Fast paced, customer focused environment requiring professional demeanor and problem solving skills.

Requires compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and confidentiality standards.
