About the role
- We measure our success based on our customer's success.
- You'll be defining what modern accounting software looks like for the trades - from AP and AR workflows to GL structures, ERP integrations, and the AI-powered experiences that sit on top of all of it.
- If you want to ship products that matter, work in a domain where the complexity is genuinely interesting, and have ownership over your roadmap and your team - this is the role.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered accounting features that create real value for the CFO organization - from helping a small operator get off spreadsheets and close their books for the first time, to giving a multi-entity CFO the financial visibility and controls they'd expect from enterprise-grade software
- Work across engineering, design, finance, and GTM to identify opportunities to simplify the product and deliver results - with a focus on end-to-end ownership, not just your team's surface
- Lead, grow, and advocate for a team of product managers
- Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional product areas where architectural decisions have upstream and downstream effects across multiple teams and integrations
- Here's how we'll support you in doing some of the most impactful work of your career:
Requirements
- So, if you have the skills but are hesitant to apply because of your background, apply anyway.
Nice to have
- 10+ years of product management experience, with leadership experience in b2b SaaS environments
- Deep accounting domain expertise - you understand GL structures, AP/AR workflows, and how ERP systems (Spectrum, Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) model accounting constructs
- construction or field services accounting experience is a strong plus
- Strong instinct for where AI genuinely improves accounting workflows and the product judgment to know where it doesn't
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- an MBA or graduate degree is a plus but not required.
