This role combines customer-facing sales with creative marketing initiatives to promote our truck inventory and generate new business opportunities.
Qualify customer needs and recommend suitable truck and trailer inventory.

Follow up promptly with inbound leads received through phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and social media platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Create engaging photos, videos, reels, and promotional content showcasing available inventory and company updates.
Maintain an active social media presence by planning and posting content on a regular basis.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Monitor the performance of marketing activities and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and lead generation.
Collaborate with the Truck Sales team to develop creative ideas for promoting inventory and upcoming promotions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

With over 20 years of experience providing industry-leading logistics solutions, Charger Logistics continues to grow and expand its operations.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role.
