Responsibilities

  • Support commercial, pricing and operational decisions with data-driven analysis.
  • Cost Control & Continuous Improvement - Drive cost control initiatives across manufacturing and operations.
  • Lead process standardization and efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain strong control environment and ethical standards
  • Lead and develop finance team members and controlling resources.
  • Manage statutory reporting, tax packages and compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs Plan/Forecast) and drive corrective actions.
  • Define and track KPIs to drive operational and financial performance.
  • Support CAPEX planning, investment cases and post-investment follow up
  • Building cities.

Compensation

  • Ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
  • Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management - Lead annual operating plan, strategic plan and rolling forecast cycles.
