Responsibilities
- Support commercial, pricing and operational decisions with data-driven analysis.
- Cost Control & Continuous Improvement - Drive cost control initiatives across manufacturing and operations.
- Lead process standardization and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain strong control environment and ethical standards
- Lead and develop finance team members and controlling resources.
- Manage statutory reporting, tax packages and compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP.
- Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs Plan/Forecast) and drive corrective actions.
- Define and track KPIs to drive operational and financial performance.
- Support CAPEX planning, investment cases and post-investment follow up
- Building cities.

- 5-10+ years experience in finance/controlling in multinational industrial environment
Compensation
- Ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management - Lead annual operating plan, strategic plan and rolling forecast cycles.
