Lead and manage all site activities, including the Chandos' Production System, project design, budget, schedule, performance, subtrades, and profitability.
Remove roadblocks, manage risk, and oversee project setup, execution, and close‑out.
Identify training needs, support apprenticeship programs, and build healthy, high‑performing teams.
You hold people accountable, drive results, and embed safety into every aspect of site operations.
With grit, collaboration, and a deep understanding of lean principles, you set the tone for excellence and deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations.
And then we give people the tools they need to use their talent to create a positive impact.

2+ years of demonstrable experience as a construction Superintendent for a large general contractor
Must have knowledge of all aspect of construction
