About the role

  • The Shift Leader ensures safe and reliable operation of mechanical and electrical systems by performing advanced diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, and responding to system issues.
  • Additional responsibilities include scheduling work, managing inventory and vendors, driving continuous improvement, and supporting or acting for the Manager when needed.
  • Essential Functions (Job Duties and Responsibilities):

Responsibilities

  • Perform specified preventive maintenance
  • Perform monthly CM/PM, including inspection, adjustment, cleaning, replacement parts as needed

Requirements

  • Ability to pass 10-year background checks to the extent required by TSA and airport authorities is required.
  • Must be able to attain and sustain an Airport ID Badge/ CBP Seal.
  • 2+ years technical experienced in an industrial environment
  • Working experience with mechanical, electrical and controls (PLC, PC) systems
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 2 years Material Handling Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year CMMS Experience preferred
