Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and meet compliance controls.
- Supports other activities and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
- Good communication skills with the ability to speak with individuals to clearly explain each process effectively
- High degree of flexibility needed, in order to meet challenges of working in a high intensity environment with constantly changing priorities
- Must be capable of working independently and self-directed with minimal oversight from management
- Must be able to operate the Power Industrial Equipment as needed and maintain appropriate certification. (I.e., Order Pick, Stand-up Forklift, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider.)
- Must be able to carry and operate a laptop at times
- Must be willing to work various hours in a 24/7 warehouse

- Prepare and conduct team meetings, training sessions, and other events to communicate clear goals to your team.
- Aid in supervising the day to day operations of the department ensuring that customer expectations and performance metrics are met or exceeded.
- Throughput the LUM (Low Unit of Measure) processing, productivity, accuracy standards and overall departmental operational functionality.
- Use various systems to clear errors and issues.
- Train employees in outbound functions according to Company procedures.
- Monitor work for outbound operations and achieve all objectives while striving to proactively communicate improvement goals.
